**Job Description**

Talbots is seeking a talented Customer Experience Liaison to join our team. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, while also driving sales and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and complaints.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to achieving sales and service targets.
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are comfortable using technology, including point-of-sale systems and digital tools.
  • You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
