About the Role
Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Manage the pharmacy's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
