About the Role

Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supplying prescriptions and delivering a range of NHS and Private services to customers
  • Playing an active role in our charity support program, providing advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Leading, training, and developing colleagues to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Using a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Pharmacy Degree
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • Completion of a DBS check prior to employment
