Pharmacy Manager Position

About the Role
Tesco is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff to ensure they are providing the best possible service to customers
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory, supplies, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with other departments, such as security and stock replenishment, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for customers
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
