About the Role
Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Manage the pharmacy's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
