Clinical Physiotherapist Specialist - Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Physiotherapist to join our County-wide Community Rapid Response and Intermediate Care Team.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Nurses, Doctors, and support workers to provide patient-centred rehabilitation services in patients' own home environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking community team, working in partnership with colleagues in both acute and community hospitals to facilitate timely discharges from hospital.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of clinical expertise, ideally within the NHS, and experience of working in a community multidisciplinary team environment.

Salary: £34,880 - £44,041 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing patient-centred rehabilitation services in patients' own home environments
  2. Working collaboratively with Nurses, Doctors, and support workers to achieve seamless care delivery
  3. Facilitating timely discharges from hospital through effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration and relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy or occupational therapy
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Able to drive and hold a valid UK driving license
