Clinical Physiotherapist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Physiotherapist Lead to join our team at Bank Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists and providing clinical supervision.
In this role, you will perform physiotherapy assessments, develop and deliver treatment plans, and hold responsibility for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will work closely with access to direct supervision, including formal training, clinical reasoning sessions, and peer review. You will also have access to advice and support from senior physiotherapists as required.
In addition to your clinical duties, you will supervise, educate, and assess the performance of less experienced physiotherapists and assistants, ensuring that standards of practice are met.
