Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic Lead Product Designer to lead our design efforts and drive user experience excellence. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing digital products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design System Leadership: Develop and maintain our Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency across our digital products.
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the UX and design direction, ensuring our digital products are visually appealing, functional, and meet customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to meet customer and commercial needs, and drive strategic decisions.
  • User-Centric Focus: Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a focus on user experience and business outcomes.
  • Team Management: Oversee a small team of UX, UI, and brand designers, driving strategic decisions and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Design Leadership: Proven experience in defining and executing design strategies that drive user engagement and deliver measurable impact.
  • UX & Design Expertise: Strong foundation in UX and design, with a deep understanding of how to create beautiful and functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Brand & Identity Management: Experience in managing and evolving brand identity, with a focus on maintaining consistency across multiple digital channels.
  • Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a small team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
