About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide problem analysis and support to our managed service customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, operating, and configuring computer hardware and software, as well as providing technical duties as required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer needs and install new servers, storage, software, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale infrastructure, platform, and integration problems.
  • Keep abreast of developments within the IT industry and evaluate relevant new technologies as they become available.
  • Proactively transfer product skills and knowledge to customers as part of the project engagement process.
  • Experience of VMware ESXi server platforms, Blade Server (Synergy) hardware, and Windows Server platforms.
  • A sound knowledge of general networking principles and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge and experience in formal project management and service delivery best practice procedures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and network engineering, with experience in cloud and cyber security. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
