Children Residential Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Children Residential Care Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
