The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Care Leader to join our team at Bridgelands House. In this role, you will work alongside the Home Manager to provide exceptional care and support to children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.

As a Residential Care Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and managing a team of residential staff
  • Creating a positive and supportive environment for children
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care
  • Working collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working with children in a residential setting
  • A strong understanding of child development and trauma-informed care
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support
  • QCF Level 3 in Children and Families and QCF Level 5 or equivalent
