We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our finance team in the UK. This role oversees financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and minimize risks.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to maintain accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, maintaining a strong reputation for the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
