Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in achieving sales growth, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading a team to achieve objectives in a target-driven environment.
A typical day may involve tasks such as scheduling hours, handling customer queries, and carrying out till spot checks. The overall goal is to maximize sales, ensure exceptional customer experience, minimize costs, and optimize productivity.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Employee management, development, and performance optimization
- Operational decision-making with a focus on business growth and profitability
- Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
- Leadership and due diligence
- Motivating employees to achieve success and consistency
- Cost control and productivity enhancement
- Management of company property and sales figures
- Regular communication with the Area Manager for best practice sharing
- Experience in people management and leadership
- Strong time management, cost control, and productivity skills
- Motivation to achieve targets consistently and drive business growth
- £50,600 rising to £65,995 after 4 years of service
- Flexible working hours (40 or 45 hours per week)
- 5 weeks annual leave and bank holidays
