About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team in our Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC). The successful candidate will provide person-centred care to patients with sub-acute health care needs, working closely with Registered Nurses and Therapists to deliver high-quality, integrated care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care to patients in line with their care plan, under the direct supervision of Registered Nurses or other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work shift patterns over a 24-hour period.
  • Willingness to undertake in-service training and development.
