Prospero Teaching is seeking a highly skilled SEN Learning Support Coordinator to join its team in Gloucester. In this role, you will provide critical support to pupils aged 11-18 with severe learning difficulties and co-occurring conditions.

The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive support for pupils, promoting an environment where they can reach their full potential. Our SEN school offers a unique approach to the curriculum, focusing on personalized learning experiences for each pupil.

As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including accredited continued professional development courses and in-house training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective support plans for pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, adjusting support strategies as needed

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with young people or young adults with SEN
  • Deep understanding of the SEN curriculum and its application
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Package:

  • GBP100 per day, including an inclusive package with full-time hours: 9:30am - 3:30pm
