We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Professional to join Education at Ivy Resource Group. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and wants to work closely with a classroom teacher to support a Year 1 child. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualised support, building strong relationships with your student and their family, and working collaboratively with the classroom teacher to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to a Year 1 child, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with your student and their family, ensuring that they feel supported and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher to create a supportive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education, preferably with experience working with young children.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with students and their families.
