We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Cheltenham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive environment for students aged 2-19 with a range of learning difficulties, from moderate to profound.
You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each student. This is a full-time position (5 days a week) with a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as sick pay, holiday pay, maternity and paternity pay, and interview preparation and advice.
