At Healthcare Homes, we are seeking a dedicated and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Beaumont Park in Biggleswade. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that promote the wellbeing and social enhancement of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver varied and stimulating activity programmes that cater to individual needs and interests.
- Establish links with the local community to encourage participation and increase social interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and person-centred approach to care and activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
