About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide day-to-day companionship and personal care to our clients, supporting them to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist clients with practical tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
