Holly Bank is a dynamic and welcoming residential home for Young Adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our bank team, providing support and care to our residents.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a positive, inclusive environment.

We are looking for individuals who share our values and are committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents. If you are passionate about supporting young adults with physical and learning disabilities, have a great work ethic, and are eager to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you

Typical Shift Times:

  • Early shifts (7am – 2:30pm)
  • Late shifts (2pm – 9:30pm)
  • Long shifts (12-14.5hrs)
  • Night shifts (12hr shifts)
