Job Title: Night Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Hollybank Trust. As a Night Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to adults and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal care, eating, and drinking
  • Assist with relaxing activities and promote a positive living environment
  • Work collaboratively with the residential team to ensure quality of life for service users
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of UK-based work experience in any sector
