Job Title: Part-time Night Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Night Support Worker to join our team at Hollybank Trust. As a Night Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with personal care, eating and drinking, and a range of relaxing activities for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with our residential teams, therapists, enrichment team, and clinical team to ensure quality of life for service users.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of UK-based work experience in any sector.
  • No prior experience as a driver is required.
  • Able to work waking nights, including alternate weekends.
