Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Hollybank Trust. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to adults and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support with personal care, eating and drinking, and a range of relaxing activities. You will work closely with our dedicated residential teams, therapists, enrichment team, and clinical team to ensure that we provide quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support with personal care, eating and drinking, and relaxing activities
  • Working closely with our residential teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
