At Holly Bank, we are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. The role will involve working predominantly day shifts, but some night cover may be available to cover annual leave or sickness on occasion.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities. You will be working in a lively and welcoming 7-bed residential home, where our goal is to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities.

Typical shift times include:
- Early shifts (7am – 2:30pm)
- Late shifts (2pm – 9:30pm)
- Long shifts
- Night shifts (12hr shifts)
