We're seeking a highly skilled Special Events Officer to join our fundraising team for 6 months. This role is a crucial part of our Special Events team, and you'll be a key contributor to the success of our annual Christmas Carol Concert on 12th December.
As a Special Events Officer, you'll provide administrative support for Christmas Carols and events as required. You'll manage guest communications, act as the first point of contact for delegate management, and respond to emails and telephone calls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing event logistics, including venue setup and break-down
- Coordinating with suppliers and facilities to ensure a seamless event experience
- Processing income, thanking supporters, and organizing event feedback
- Assisting with marketing and promotion of events to reach attendee and income targets
We offer a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave (pro rata), and a stimulating work environment full of opportunities to learn and develop. If you're passionate about fundraising and have the skills and experience we need, we'd love to hear from you.
