About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Underwriting Technician to join our team at AXIS Capital. As a key member of our Digital Underwriting team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital underwriting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Underwriting team to identify and solve complex problems, and implement enhancements to our digital underwriting platforms.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements to ensure that our digital underwriting solutions meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Liaise with IT and operational teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital underwriting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business cases and requirement documentation for new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a product owner and/or analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform requirement and solution analysis.
  • Experience working with IT teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
