Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Product Owner with AI delivery experience to join our Insurance client on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to define and prioritise features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to define and prioritise features.
  • Collaborate with the GRS Architecture Team and assigned Architect to ensure architecture direction and decisions are appropriately discussed and debated.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog and be accountable for its maintenance.
  • Contribute to Portfolio level 30/60/90-day planning sessions.
  • Line management of Product Analysts.
  • Support and organise product Sprint demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in acting as a Product owner / delivery lead within a team focusing on Technology and associated Regulation related projects/programs of work.
  • Extensive experience in acting as a Product Owner within a team within a team focused on Regulatory and Risk Management initiatives.
  • Experience with data governance, integrity, lineage & management.
  • Experience shaping global operating models/frameworks and ensuring their effective adoption.
  • Extensive experience of management of third-party suppliers and development teams, either on-shore or off-shore.
  • Experience with AI Delivery and associated regulation.
  • Experience with AI and its appropriate usage (processes, governance etc).
  • Exposure to AI Regulation, Responsible AI, & its 6 key principles.
  • Insurance sector experience.
