About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product manager with a passion for AI and education to lead the development of our AI-powered self-learning solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality, mobile-first experiences that drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive step-change in our self-learning proposition, focusing on user needs and delivering delightful experiences.
  • Be a subject matter expert on AI technologies and their applications in education, exploring new opportunities to enhance learning experiences.
  • Balance strategy and experimentation, testing hypotheses and iterating based on usage and feedback.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, analyzing and making nuanced use of data to evaluate business impact.

  • Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products with ongoing and frequent use.
  • Keen eye for design and desire to create loveable experiences.

  • Strong analytical abilities and understanding of data.
  • Experience building a product in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
  • Ability to support multiple initiatives at different phases of development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
