Care Leader for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Our residential and supported living service in Stafford is seeking an experienced and quality-focused care leader to manage the daily operations.
This role involves overseeing a team that provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a registered manager, preferably in learning disabilities.
The selected individual must possess strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
We offer a competitive salary range between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high-quality person-centred care, and maintaining outstanding ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
