Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Specialist to join our team at TeacherActive in Henley-in-Arden. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students with SEMH needs, developing tailored strategies to help pupils manage their emotions, and promoting pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development.
- You will have experience working with children who have social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- You will have a patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to handling challenging behaviors.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with pupils.
