Overview

We are looking for a seasoned expert to lead our Oracle NetSuite delivery services. As the ACS Practice Lead, you will be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of customers and driving the delivery of subscription consulting services.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers subscribed to our ACS services to ensure quality and responsiveness
  • Coordinating the intake of new ACS customers via the SuiteReview methodology
  • Working with sales, support, delivery, and product organizations to ensure effective customer experiences
  • Driving team performance to achieve targets and stretch goals against a balanced performance scorecard
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to new employees and supporting their career growth and development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or delivery
  • Proven leadership or staff management experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to achieve their business goals
