Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff in the classroom, assisting students with learning activities, and providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teaching staff in the classroom, providing support to students with learning activities
  • Support students with special educational needs, providing one-on-one support and assistance
  • Assist with behaviour management in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Previous experience working with children or young people

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Additional SEN training or qualifications
