Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with the assessment, planning, and implementation of mental health care to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Participate in the development of high-quality care plans, ensuring the needs of our service users are met.
  • Support service users with activities of daily living, such as dressing, washing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to service users, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Person Specification

  • Basic understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities.
