Financial Planning Leader

Evelyn Partners is seeking a highly skilled Director: Financial Planning to lead our financial planning and wealth management services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored advice to clients, working within the context of an agreed business plan.
Key Responsibilities- To be responsible for delivering financial planning and wealth management advice that meets the needs of our clients.
- Work within the context of an agreed business plan to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with Group policy.
- Holds a level 6 qualification in CII Financial Planning or equivalent aspiring for Level 7.
- Prior experience within a Financial Planning / Advisory role to HNW private clients.
- Excellent performance management skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, hybrid working model, generous holiday package, option to purchase additional holiday, and shared parental leave.
