We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our MASH team as a MASH Practitioner Lead. As a key member of our Children's Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and welfare of vulnerable children and families in Luton.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£48,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This is a fixed-term position until 31st March 2025, but we offer opportunities for professional growth and development throughout your career with us.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the MASH team to ensure effective responses to child protection concerns
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships within the MASH and externally
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to ensure high-quality practice standards
