Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a forward-thinking recruitment agency, has an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to join our Adult MASH Team as a permanent full-time employee in Luton.

The salary for this role is approximately £43,421 per annum.

Job Description:
  • To supervise, support and mentor staff responsible for providing assessments and adult social care services, ensuring decisions meet legislative requirements and are strength-based and holistic.
  • Under the direction of the manager, recruit, motivate, coach and support staff development, providing effective supervision and dealing with performance and conduct issues within Council Procedures.
  • Provide practice guidance to team members, ensuring compliance with national and departmental policies, procedures, peer and user feedback. Maintain accurate case recording using the agreed quality assurance framework and act on findings to improve practice and accountability.
  • Maintain effective links and working relationships within the Directorate, relevant statutory, local voluntary and private agencies, primary care networks, Health and other local professionals and Partners to achieve integrated joint working through initiatives that require a multi-agency approach.
  • Respond to complaints or FOIs delegated by your manager in line with departmental policy, ensuring any learning is implemented and shared across the wider teams.
  • Continual professional development.
