About Selecta

Selecta is the leading provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, offering vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are seeking a Joy Ambassador to ensure a high level of customer service, providing full and hygienically clean machines that deliver maximum sales across our operational base.

This is a mobile role visiting multiple client sites daily, restocking and cleaning our coffee or vending machines, and serving as a friendly point of contact for clients during visits.

We operate across 16 countries in Europe, serving 12 million people every day. In the UK, we deliver a national service, trusted by circa 3,500 businesses to serve tasty beverages and snacks at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all vending machines are filled and cleaned to the required levels as per Company guidelines.
  • To complete stock and cash controls across the machine base and on company vans.
  • To fix occasional faults on machines and report all machine faults to the Service Desk.
  • To report accidents, unfit foods, and customer complaints to the Area Manager or Service Desk.
  • To provide training to new starters and team members.
  • To maintain a high level of customer care and conduct it in a courteous manner.
  • To complete regular audits and quality checks on Retail Merchandisers' machines.
  • To report machines below Automatic Vending Association hygiene standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for a Joy Ambassador who:

  • Can provide training to new starters.
  • Can complete audits and quality checks.
  • Always follows Health & Safety regulations.
  • Is flexible and responsive to changes.
  • Has a high level of customer care and is always presentable.
