Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Joy Ambassador to join our team and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction across our operational base. As a Joy Ambassador, you will be responsible for visiting multiple client sites daily, restocking and cleaning vending machines, and providing a friendly point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all vending machines are filled and cleaned to the required levels, adhering to Company guidelines.
  • Complete stock and cash controls across the machine base and on company vans.
  • Fix occasional machine faults, such as cup jams or blocked mixing bowls, and report issues to the Service Desk.
  • Report accidents, unfit food, and customer complaints to the Area Manager or Service Desk on the same day.
  • Provide training to new starters and team members, ensuring a high-quality service for customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer care, conducted in a courteous manner.
  • Complete regular audits and quality checks on Retail Merchandisers' machines, sharing follow-up actions with the Retail Merchandiser and Area Manager.
  • Report machines below Automatic Vending Association hygiene standards to the Area Manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide training to new starters.
  • Capacity to complete audits and quality checks.
  • Adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to changes.
  • High level of customer care and presentation.
