Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring merchandising standards and guidelines are met, including planogram implementation.
- Arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements include:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
