About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Colleague at Timpson Ltd. As a key holder and customer service expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash handling system and maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
  • Process customer payments and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of products and the maintenance of equipment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash handling system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
