Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Joy Ambassador to join our team and ensure a high level of customer service. As a Joy Ambassador, you will be responsible for visiting multiple client sites daily, restocking and cleaning vending machines, and providing a friendly point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all vending machines are filled and cleaned to the required levels as per Company guidelines.
  • Complete all relevant stock and cash controls across the machine base and on company vans.
  • Fix occasional faults on machines and report all machine faults to the Service Desk.
  • Report all accidents, unfit foods, and customer complaints to the Area Manager or Service Desk.
  • Provide training to new starters and team members who require upskilling.
  • Ensure a high level of customer care is maintained and conducted in a courteous manner.
  • Complete regular audits and quality checks on Retail Merchandisers' machines as instructed by the Area Retail Manager.
  • Covering sites in a van or covering static sites that require using public transport.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide training to new starters.
  • Ability to complete audits and quality checks.
  • Always follow all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Be flexible and responsive to changes.
  • High level of customer care and always be presentable.
