Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment inventories.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Ensure office filing systems and databases are up-to-date and secure.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively is crucial.
