**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Aylesbury. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing the property register through winning instructions
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances within the local community through active networking
  • Being the point of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Sales from viewing to close
  • Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing and or valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Responsive to change.
