The Opportunity:

Avantor, a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join its team at MESM (Avantor Clinical Services). As a key member of the Warehouse Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate calibration certificates for new equipment and ensure they are uploaded and stored correctly.
  • Scan and upload old paper certificates and those received via email as PDF documents.
  • Monitor daily demand for products from the hire fleet of equipment and liaise with the in-house engineering department to make products available for testing.
  • Assist the Stock Controller with weekly PI checks and annual stock checks in their absence.
  • Support the team with goods in, returns, dispatches, and the movement of products to and from in-house engineering, following established procedures.
  • Adhere to safe working systems and ISO 9001 processes, highlighting potential hazards to your line manager.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment, ensuring proper disposal or recycling of waste.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and accuracy skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills – written and oral.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Efficient administration skills with the ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
