Training Records Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-driven and organized individual to join our records team as a Training Records Administrator. This is a 15-month temporary contract with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:- Process training course records for customers and internal training
- Maintain and record data in various sources
- Archive and file records
- Assist with regulatory, customer, and internal audits
- Review forms for accuracy and correct regulatory paperwork when needed
- Participate in regular meetings with our overseas office to discuss upcoming training courses
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable global organization in the aviation sector. As a Training Records Administrator, you will utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as your attention to detail. Previous experience in records or regulatory backgrounds is highly advantageous.
