Job Summary

The Premises Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and responding to maintenance requests, scheduling service visits, and providing administrative support to the Premises Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule service visits and coordinate with maintenance teams
  • Provide administrative support to the Premises Department, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained at all times

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • Working knowledge of administrative processes and procedures in an educational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Highly organized and motivated individual
