Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Lead, covering Wales. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of autism spectrum and experience in supporting autistic individuals.

The role will involve ensuring continuous improvement, quality of practice, and wellbeing of individuals supported, contributing to the direction of the national strategy, and promoting understanding and implementation of national policy and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Contribute to the direction of the national strategy
  • Promote understanding and implementation of national policy and best practice
  • Ensure quality of practice and wellbeing of individuals supported
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to drive quality, values, and reflective practice

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum
  • Experience in supporting autistic individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
