Job Title: Quality Improvement Skills Trainer


Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Skills Trainer to join their Quality Improvement Skills Training (QIST) Programme. The successful candidate will lead the operational delivery of the QIST programme, working with the QIST Management Team and QIST Tutors to enable educational opportunities as part of postgraduate training in Wales.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Lead on the operational delivery of the QIST programme, working with the QIST Management Team and QIST Tutors to enable educational opportunities as part of postgraduate training in Wales.
  • Support the implementation of the HEIW Quality Management Framework across the wider directorate and organisation.
  • Support the development of Continuous Improvement and Innovation as an enabling function of the wider HEIW organisation.

About the Role:


This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices, and experience of working in a similar role.
