Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email, or in person, providing timely technical assistance to end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all incidents, problems, and solutions in the IT service management system to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT-related tasks and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified.
