Facilities Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at BJF Group. As a key member of our Facilities Management division, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery of our facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day contractual and operational delivery of our facilities management services
* Ensure contractual compliance is achieved within the areas under your responsibility
* Provide technical support and advice to our clients to achieve contract delivery
* Lead and manage the contract to ensure financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded
Requirements:
* Managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level within technical and or hard services
* A 'can do' service-focused attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing business requirements
* Practical experience must include recruitment and line management/supervisory experience
